About
From playing at my father's sawmill to building tech battlng cyber crime and fraud detection.
The Beginning
I was born in New York, but grew up in a small town on the east coast of Florida. My father was an entrepreneur who owned and operated many businesses over the years.  One of the first businesses he started was a saw mill, which sourced cypress wood from the local forests for regional distribution companies. I still remember growing up in that sawmill and playing on the mountain of sawdust piles — the ultimate child's playground.

My father was someone who liked to keep himself busy, so while running the sawmill, he also started the local volunteer fire department with a few of his friends. This fire department was eventually acquired by the county.  I spent a great deal of time there and was able to watch, ride, and even participate in fighting fires. It taught me what true incident response was like, and instilled in me a strong need to serve and help others.
NetEnforcers, Inc.
The second company I started was NetEnforcers Inc. NEI originally started out as nothing more than eBay monitoring for grey market sales.  Originally started as a services company, NEI began to build platform technology around a new category in grey and black market detection and enforcement.  We had no idea that over time, NEI would slowly transform itself into a leader in the world of cyber crime and fraud detection.  Creating successful platforms in markets that don't exist has become an incredible trend in my professional life!
Cybersponse, Inc.
Compromises and security breaches are an everyday occurrence.  Teams look to protect themselves against very  complex adversaries and opponents on a minute-by-minute basis, making the automation of internal security operations an essential part of combating cybercrime.  Cybersponse's go to market technology launched in late 2014.  Our focus was to build up an API enabled SOC Operational technology that changed security all together.  The platform was designed to optimize, automate, and strengthen existing technologies which would, in turn, allow companies to have a better, more efficient and organized cyber strategy.
